Hakka Noodles with Masala

How To Make: Boil 5-6 cups of water in a pan. Soak the Noodles in the water, cover, and let it stand for 5 to 7 minutes (No need to cook). Drain the water and wash Noodles under running water. Noodles are ready for further use as required.
